Our 2 Tier Service

Standard Service – covering the repair of a single Computer or Laptop with certain exclusions
Premium Service – where we provide a fixed quotation for any work that may include supplying additional equipment

Both services involve visiting your home but we DO NOT charge a call out fee within our standard coverage area.

Our Standard Repair Service

This comes as a fixed package and includes –

Coming to your home at a time that suits you
Diagnosing the problem and advising of any further costs
Obtaining and installing the parts. If parts are required it may take longer than 24 hours to return your Computer
Returning and reinstalling your Computer

Exclusions

The following exclusions apply to our Standard Service –

Data backup and Recovery
The cost of any hardware or software required for the repair
Any additional supplies required, such as USB cables for printers, ink, video cables, etc.
Business or Commercial repairs
Ongoing support.

Our Premium Service

This service covers everything contained the Standard Service but without the ‘exclusions’. For this service we’ll always provide a fixed quotation before we start work.

So, if you need more than one device configured, a complete upgrade or require us to supply any equipment, then this is the service for you. Feel free to call us to discuss any upgrade or installation requirements you may have.

Diagnosing Your Issues

Based in Basingstoke, we’ve been repairing and maintaining client’s machines for many years and cover everything you need to get your Computer or Laptop up and running again.

Like most modern electrical equipment, computers often go wrong and the problem will usually be one of two things :

Software – usually caused by data corruption or driver issues
Hardware – these failures will normally require a replacement part

The process of repairing your machine is finding what is wrong and then fixing it. Getting to the bottom of your issue can sometimes be difficult, but we have over 25 years experience in dealing with these exact issues and we’re confident we can get you working again quickly.

In some instances, we’ll need to take you computer back to the workshop. When this happens we’ll aim to bring it back to you within 24 hours at no extra cost.

Software Problems – If you’re having problems installing software or maybe you’ve installed software that has caused conflicts with existing software, we can diagnose and fix the cause of your problem
Hardware Failures – We can fix many types of hardware failure including processors, memory, motherboards, hard drives, power supplies, graphics and sound cards and CD/DVD drives. We can supply replacements or we can install components that you’ve already purchased.
Network Maintenance – Our Home Networking Service will give you an experienced engineer with extensive knowledge in the design, installation and configuration of home networks, both computer-to-computer and home server based systems. We can troubleshoot a wide variety of home network related problems.
Virus / Spyware Attacks – Virus and spyware attacks are becoming more frequent and more serious. They are one of the hardest computer problems to deal with effectively but we can offer you the professional help needed to clean your computer and to repair any damage it may have done to your system.
