How much do our Home Services cost?

Our services for the home centre on providing business level support for the home computer user and are split into three categories :

Standard Pricing– for normal call out work
Fixed Fee Pricing – for fixed service offerings, such as the System Health Check service
Bespoke Pricing – for larger project-based requirements

Our Guarantee

If we can’t fix your problem… you don’t pay! We operate a ‘No Fix, No Fee’ policy, so if your incident is not working before we close it, you won’t pay a penny.(Please click the link to read our policy terms)

Standard Pricing

These prices cover normal call-out work for our Standard Services, with the exception of the System Health Check service. For this service we’ll visit your home, assess your computer and quote you on how much it will cost to repair. This service isn’t included in our Standard Pricing as it will usually involve taking your computer back to our workshop to complete the job.

Fixed Fee Pricing

To give you the best value for money, we have 2 types of Fixed Fee Pricing schedules :

Standard Service – covering a fixed service with certain exclusions, which are all explained in detail in the individual services listed above
Premium Service – where we provide a fixed quotation for work that may include supplying additional equipment, such as for an upgrade, or simply as an extension to the limitations of the standard service

All of the Standard Services will come with some limitations, so please check the specific service you require to find out what’s included

*Our Premium Service

Although the Standard Service comes with some limitations, all of your potential needs are still covered as we also provide a Premium Service that will cover anything else that you might require. For work that falls within the Premium Service, we’ll provide a quote before we start any work so that you’ll be fully aware of the costs involved.

Bespoke Pricing

We completely understand that when it comes to your home IT needs, the “one box fits all” philosophy won’t work for many people. So to deal with this scenario, we can agree a price for the entire job before you commit to any work being done. The type of situation this might apply to could be :

setting up your broadband
supplying and installing a new computer
transferring all of your old data to the new computer
configuring a wireless network
setting up all of your wireless devices to access your wireless network

For any Bespoke Pricing jobs, we’ll give you a detailed proposal that lists all of your requirements and the price to cover the entire job. In most cases, this will also save you money, as we’ll be delivering the service at a rate that’s cheaper than all of the individual items combined.
